In the fall of 2000, NEBCO, Inc. teamed with the Clark Enersen Partners to design the new 100,000 square-foot office facility located at 1010 Lincoln Mall between the State Capitol and the County City buildings. Both the building design and the landscaping surrounding it reflect a commitment to quality and involved extra effort and expense.
Precast/prestressed concrete panels were used to save time in construction and to provide an attractive exterior and well as substantial protection from inclement weather. The concrete panels offer a durable building without sacrificing beauty. A special foundation was used to preserve the appearance of Lincoln Mall and the oak trees.
The building was completed and dedicated in May 2003 and the Clark Enerson Partners became the buildingýs first tenants along with the University of Nebraska Foundation.
